UK Delivery

I try to keep delivery prices as low as possible,  I offer free delivery on orders over £40.00, anywhere in the UK which is Royal Mail 48 Tracked

Royal Mail Standard Delivery for orders up to £12.00 it's £1.50. So greeting cards, invite samples, notebooks and small prints, usually fall under this.  Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. 

Royal Mail 48 Tracked for orders over £12.00, up to £40.00. Delivery is £3.00.

Free pick up, orders can be picked from me if you are local to Meersbrook, Sheffield. After you make an order, I will get in touch to arrange a good time to pick up. Orders can usually be picked up within 24 hours depending on stock level, as I get some products printed to order. 

All orders are usually sent within 2-3 working days, unless its personalised or printed to order. Please check product description for delivery turnaround. 

All orders are well packaged to avoid damage. 


Returns

All our products ( except personalised ) can be exchanged or refunded in an unused, new condition within 14 days. Product must be returned in its original packaging.
All returns are payable by the customer
 


Faulty / Damaged

If anything arrives damaged or faulty please drop me a message straightaway at hello@milkstudio.co.uk and I will sort it out for you.
